They can be effective, but most of the time, they will only make you orange. Or, if they do work for you, when they fade, you will be left with tan/orange spots. If you really want to be tan, I'd recommend sitting out in the sun, or going to a tanning salon and using a tanning bed. They work great for me!How effective is sunless tanning lotion or spray?

but i mean you should get a professional spray on get a monthly pass and go as much as you want a month
