Minor spray tanning without parent?

I want to get a spray tan in new york, but i am a minor. I was looking at the state laws for tanning in general and you have to have parental consent to ';use facilities.'; Does this also include the spray tanning?Minor spray tanning without parent?
No, that only applies to sun beds. This is because sunbeds are a known carcinogen, and since you are not a legal adult, you'd have to have one sign for you saying that they are aware of this. I am not sure.You can call the Place you want to get your Spray tan and ask how old you have to be to get one.
idk cause a tannin place and ask them but i wouldnt do a spary tan it turns orange try jergen its a lotion u can get it from walmart its like 7 or 8 dollars it really works
