Whats the different between sunbeds and spray tans?

Spray tans are sprayed onto the skin using dyes and chemicals to stain the skin. While tanbeds use artificial sunlight to cook the skin, and probably cause skin cancer eventually.Whats the different between sunbeds and spray tans?
spray cans are alot safer and doesnt cause you to get skin cancer, your skin doesnt look older than it should, and you can wash it off when you need to , plus you wont turn into a lobster!Whats the different between sunbeds and spray tans?

Saying that spray tans are 'chemicals' sounds alarming. The main ingredient is deionised water and DiHydroxyAcetone - sounds nasty but is actually just an extract of sugar kane.





Also, you are not getting a 'painted' skin, the DHA is absorbed by the dead skin cells on the outer layer and reacting with them to make them go brown - just like bitten apples do (it is NOT absorbed any deeper).





Sunbeds do actually work in the same way as sun bathing using UV light - and they both damage and age your skin and greatly increase your risks of getting skin cancer. Avoid them!





Either have a spray tan, or stay white.
You can get skin cancer from going on sunbeds.


Spray tans are basically artificial tans. They are harmless, and alot better for your skin.


Thats the difference.
Using a tanning bed leaves you open to getting skin cancer. A spray tan is done by chemicals. Even with getting a spray tan, you still must use sunscreen after.
both fake but sun bed looks better and in the long run cheaper too

Sunbeds use UV rays to make your skin tan just like sitting out in the sun but spray tans use chemicals to artificially colour your skin. Spray tans are less harmful as you are not exposed to UV rays that can cause skin cancer. I perfer pale and interesting.
sunbeds cook your skin whereas spray on tans just 'paint' it.
if you saw final destination 3 i wouldnt use a sun bed!
