Will spray tans cover body acne?

it HAS to be gone, or at least covered, in exactly a week. I've tried sooo many products, including proactiv, none of them work for me! I have a fashion show and im going to have to wear a two piece swimming suit, and some sleevless dresses. I've tried to cover it with makeup, but it didn't really work, it still showed and it looked really cakey. Will a airbrush tan temporarily cover it?Will spray tans cover body acne?
I don't think that's a good idea. Those products are probably comedogenic which means it causes acne!

No it won't and if u get a spray tan it will come out looking orange.
so what if you have to wear a sleeveless dress, or is it on ur back....try a loofa sponge! and some soap!
