Is there any harm in using spray tans or tanning creams?

i wanna get tan, and i know those tanning beds are bad for your skin, but i was wondering if those alternatives are bad as well?

They're just as bad, if not worse for you.


The chemicals they put into those creams are completely artificial, and when they get soaked into your skin it's actually quite harmful and annoying for your skin to handle.


If you want a tan, go into the sun.
I've used them for years, at the suggestion of my dermatologist, in place of tanning in booths or outside. Sunless tanning creams/lotions are a much better option.
Just cancer, but i am convinced that along with the holocaust, it never happened or ever will.
Not really. UV sunbeds are very bad for you, don't use them. They lead to skin damage, and cancers.

they're not bad they just arent satisfying to me. like they come off patchy after a few days, dont last and look fake.
No those are fine. Just make sure you buy a nice brand though so you come out looking tanned not orange :-)
No. Its a much better alternative than tanning booths or even regular tanning. Some look bad though lol
The only bad things that I have seen, is the Oompa Loompa look...meaning that too much...looks obviously fake.
They arent bad that I know of but some of them make you look like an Umpa Loompa...

i dont think they are especially if you find one that is a lotion too
